What we are exploring
Roadmap
Directional, not a commitment. Priorities shift as merchants tell us what they need; some of these will not happen. We do not publish dates.
Direct integrations with returns workflow platforms
Today Mano reads returns data through Shopify, so it works alongside whatever returns tool the merchant uses. We are considering direct connectors to returns-management platforms (Loop, ReturnGO, ShipBob and similar) so the workflow side of returns and the intelligence side share more state.
What we are listening for: A merchant on one of these platforms tells us a Shopify-only path is friction.
Multi-user teams
A workspace has one Mano account today. We are considering team roles, per-user audit trails, and the ability to assign a flag to a teammate or leave a note.
What we are listening for: A merchant with a CX or finance team asks for it (one solo operator does not need this).
Localized dashboard and emails
Store data (currency, dates, timestamps) already renders in the merchant locale. Dashboard interface text and email copy are English. We are considering Dutch, German, and French interfaces.
What we are listening for: A non-English-locale merchant tells us interface language is a buying blocker.
Returned-item validation from photos
Returns workflow platforms often capture a photo of the returned item. We are considering reading those photos to flag mismatches (different product, used condition, missing parts) against the original product photo.
What we are listening for: A direct returns-platform integration ships (otherwise there is no photo to read).
One number worth watching this week
The dashboard surfaces several numbers. We are exploring an at-a-glance digest that says "this is the one signal worth your time this week" rather than listing five metrics that may not be material.
What we are listening for: Enough merchants to know which signal is actually load-bearing for them.
A few notes about how this surface works: we move themes off this page when capability ships (it goes in the changelog) or when we decide not to pursue something. We do not silently promote a theme from exploring to committed; if you saw it here today, treat it as our thinking out loud.
